Bollywood actress Sonali Bendre has said that sequel to 'Sarfarosh' should be made.
Actress Sonali Bendre, who played the female lead in the 1999 action film Sarfarosh , feels a sequel to the movie should be made though she is not keen to star in it.
Directed and written by John Matthew Matthan, Sarfarosh dealt with a police officer s poise and determination to crush cross-border terrorism.
The film starred Aamir Khan as ACP Ajay Singh Rathod, Sonali as his love interest and veteran actor Naseeruddin Shah in a negative role.
"There should be a sequel to Sarfarosh . It was a different film. John is a great man... and he should write a sequel and I am sure he will excel in it (sic)," Sonali said.
Earlier, even Aamir had evinced interest in the second installment of the film.
